I’ve been influenced.. Submitted to peer pressure… suckered in and I’m following the masses.. Yes, she says, I’ll do it!

I’m not much for following others.. don’t give in to peer pressure all that easily .. but if anyone is going to influence my actions, it can only be Nick. Nick and I have been together for close to 4 years now (10 years if you want to get technical, but that’s another story for another late night)… as I was saying, we’ve been together for 4 years, and I can say without a doubt that never in my adult life have I been influenced by others the way I am by Nick.. He’s opened my stubborn eyes to a great many things… (many more than I care to admit) … I suppose I should trust him on this one and just go with it…
You see, Nick has been trying to convince me to write a blog for some time now — ever since he first heard of it — and stubborn as I am, I resisted (mostly just because I’m stubborn and won’t do it until I’m damn good and ready).. Well finally tonight, under the influence, I decided to give this a shot.
Just so you know, I have done this before .. but that time it was for a good cause — breast cancer — that time it wasn’t so much giving in to the masses as it was pleading with the masses and begging for money.. (that made it OK)..
